The matters referenced herein describe claims resolved. We maintain confidentiality with our clients' names and matters assigned. Settlements negotiated are based solely upon the representations of our clients and their respective officers. Final approval and confirmation made prior to effectuation of settlements. Clients and claimants are provided the same consideration for any consultation or claim resolution service.

Samples

Private – Medical Doctor + FLLP + personal guaranteed bank note called for $672K + fees. Case in U.S. Federal District Court.  Term through settlement = 10 months.  Solution – client and claimant agreed to settlement dismissing case with prejudice for $228K inclusive.

Public - $16M / 7 year lease note to landlord for office building built to spec 5 floors.  Tenant restructuring took company from 700+ employees reduced to 320 employees.  $55,000 / month rent.  Term through settlement = 3 months.  Solution – negotiated lease to 2 floors reducing liability to $9M over 7 years.

Private – Senior executive hired through search firm. Two staffing agencies claimed fees. Term through settlement = 3 months. Solution / Settlement – compromise 60/40 split between agencies and resolution of claim without litigation.

Private - $535,000.00 judgment balance against debtor with personal guarantee by President.  Term through settlement = 4 months.  Solution – creditor recovered $175,000 at $100,000 in 90 days, $75,000 at 3% over 10 years, debtor retained operating equipment.

Public - $7M+ secured and unsecured creditor claims filed in numerous court jurisdictions through USA. Managed assignment of counsel for claims in litigation. Success dependent on sale of company assets. Term through settlement = 6 months.  Solution - Creditors paid 45% of claims terms 22.5% in 30 days, 22.5% at closing 12/31.

Private - Capital equipment finance $1.8M+ balance + replevin / detinue order for repossession of leased equipment.  Term through settlement = 5 months.  Solution – Creditor to recover $760,000.00, debtor to keep MRI equipment.
